How To Place Order
Log In
You first must have an account created with us and be logged in
before you can place an order. If you have never Registered with us
please click here. Place Order
Online
Click the Place Order Tab and then click Begin Order Process.
Select Event Facility and Show
On the map, click the Region or state where your show is taking
place. A list will appear with all the Facilities we support in that
region, select the one where your show is being held at. If it is
not on the list, we probably do not provide services there but feel
free to email us with information about your show and perhaps we can
help you.
After you select the Facility, you will get a list of upcoming shows
being held there. If you do not see your show listed, there is a
good chance that it exists but we haven't entered it into our system
yet. Click the Can't Find your Show and enter
the name of the show. A representative will contact you
after you place your order if there are any problems.
Describe where your booth is located and the dates you need your
services available
If your show did not appear on the previous list, enter the name of it in the first field.
- The Room/Hall Name: a general area of the convention center
where your booth is located, usually a single letter or number
(Room A, Room 2-B, etc.). Some facilities do not assign room or
hall names.
- Booth Number:. typically a number, although every event
numbers booths differently.
- Island or Standard: Islands are booths that stand alone and
do not share walls with another booth; standard booths share
walls.
- Sending Floor Plans: for large booths and those that require
precise service placement. Check this box and send a precise
floor plan that labels service installation locations within the
booth. Send the floor plan to the address/FAX found
here
- Connect/Disconnect Dates: dates for desired service.
Connections typically run one day prior to the event’s opening
and one day past the event’s conclusion.. Please mention special
issues concerning connection and disconnection in the comments
field near the end of the order process.
- Front Aisle: The aisle you would be standing in when facing
the front of your booth. This point of reference is critical to
our ability to locate services properly.
Add Services to your Shopping Cart
Depending on what we offer at a particular Facility, you should
usually see two or more groups of services which you can order
from. Click the blue links to ADD Services to your order and then
enter the quantities you want. Click Next Step to Continue. Terms
and conditions vary from facility to facility, please review them
and print them out if desired.Describe Location of Services
We want to place your services exactly where you need them, so
please be clear about desired service lcoatinos. Please click the
radio button to indicate the side of the booth where services are
desirednd provide a brief description in the comment fields. There
is a significant charge to relocate services after they are
installed. Checkout
Every Group of services needs to be billed separately. Please
provide credit card information for each group. Billing information
is optional at this point; however we cannot process an order
without a valid credit card. If there are any problems with your
order or if we need to obtain your billing information, a
representative will contact with you typically within two business
days. Confirm and Finalize
If everything looks correct, Submit the Order to us. If we have any
questions one of our representatives will contact you. You can print
out your order for your records if desired. If you are planning on
sending us floor plans, please send a printout of your order with
it.
